Meditations and Prayers Relating to the Law of God.

1 How blessed are those whose way is
Lit complete; or having integrity

bblameless,
Who cwalk in the law of the Lord.
2How blessed are those who dobserve His testimonies,
Who eseek Him fwith all their heart.
3They also gdo no unrighteousness;
They walk in His ways.

iordained Your precepts,

That we should keep them diligently.
5Oh that my kways may be established
To lkeep Your statutes!
6Then I mshall not be ashamed
When I look

upon all Your commandments.
7I shall ogive thanks to You with uprightness of heart,
When I learn Your righteous judgments.
8I shall keep Your statutes;
Do not pforsake me utterly!

9How can a young man keep his way pure?
By qkeeping it according to Your word.
10With rall my heart I have sought You;
Do not let me swander from Your commandments.
11Your word I have ttreasured in my heart,
That I may not sin against You.
12Blessed are You, O Lord;
uTeach me Your statutes.
13With my lips I have vtold of
All the wordinances of Your mouth.
14I have xrejoiced in the way of Your testimonies,

15I will zmeditate on Your precepts

27Make me understand the way of Your precepts,
So I will axmeditate on Your wonders.

baStrengthen me according to Your word.
29Remove the false way from me,
And graciously grant me Your law.
30I have chosen the faithful way;

Or accounted Your ordinances worthy
placed Your ordinances before me.
31I bccling to Your testimonies;
O Lord, do not put me to shame!
32I shall run the way of Your commandments,
For You will bdenlarge my heart.

33 beTeach me, O Lord, the way of Your statutes,
And I shall observe it to the end.
34 bfGive me understanding, that I may bgobserve Your law
And keep it bhwith all my heart.
35Make me walk in the bipath of Your commandments,
For I bjdelight in it.
36 bkIncline my heart to Your testimonies
And not to bl dishonest gain.
37Turn away my bmeyes from looking at vanity,
And bnrevive me in Your ways.
38 boEstablish Your

word to Your servant,

As that which produces reverence for You.
39 brTurn away my reproach which I dread,
For Your ordinances are good.
40Behold, I bslong for Your precepts;
Revive me through Your righteousness.

41May Your btlovingkindnesses also come to me, O Lord,

For I trust in Your word.
43And do not take the word of truth utterly out of my mouth,

at liberty,

That Your word has

51The arrogant cnutterly deride me,
Yet I do not coturn aside from Your law.
52I have cpremembered Your ordinances from

of old, O Lord,
And comfort myself.
53Burning crindignation has seized me because of the wicked,
Who csforsake Your law.
54Your statutes are my songs
In the house of my ctpilgrimage.
55O Lord, I curemember Your name cvin the night,
And keep Your law.
56This has become mine,

That I cxobserve Your precepts.

57The Lord is my cyportion;
I have

promised to dakeep Your words.

And turned my feet to Your testimonies.
60I hastened and did not delay
To keep Your commandments.
61The dhcords of the wicked have encircled me,
But I have dinot forgotten Your law.
62At djmidnight I shall rise to give thanks to You

63I am a dlcompanion of all those who

fear You,
And of those who keep Your precepts.
64 dnThe earth is full of Your lovingkindness, O Lord;
doTeach me Your statutes.

65You have dealt well with Your servant,
O Lord, according to Your word.
66Teach me good
Or judgment

dqdiscernment and knowledge,
For I believe in Your commandments.
67 drBefore I was afflicted I went astray,
But now I keep Your word.

duTeach me Your statutes.
69The arrogant

have dwforged a lie against me;
With all my heart I will dxobserve Your precepts.

Than thousands of gold and silver pieces.

in accord with Your law.
86All Your commandments are fjfaithful;
They have fkpersecuted me with a lie; flhelp me!
87They almost destroyed me

on earth,
But as for me, I fndid not forsake Your precepts.
88Revive me according to Your lovingkindness,
So that I may keep the testimony of Your mouth.

89 foForever, O Lord,
Your word
Lit stands firm
is settled in heaven.
90Your fqfaithfulness continues

throughout all generations;
You fsestablished the earth, and it ftstands.
91They stand this day according to Your fuordinances,
For fvall things are Your servants.
92If Your law had not been my fwdelight,
Then I would have perished fxin my affliction.

For by them You have
